Year one and month thirteen are different figures, so the panel shows you both. Every discount applies itself in front of you, and nothing here gets cheaper because you asked twice.
One determination per deployment. Volume pricing applies automatically at five and twenty-five.

Instalments carry 0% markupHow the arithmetic works
Every rule below is applied by the configurator in the order it is listed.
Creation subtotal first
Reports at their volume tier, plus assessments. The deployment package discount takes 12% off the assessment subtotal from two assessment units, and your first Compass™ report is credited against an assessment bought within sixty days.
Then the tracking rate
$149 covers the first two billing units; units 3–10 add $12 each, 11–25 add $6, and anything beyond adds $3 — plus $15 for each instrument carrying a dated duty, capped at about $375.
Then the tracking volume band
Your org-wide tool count sets the discount, applied once to the tracking subtotal after each deployment’s own rate is computed.
Then the year-one amortisation
Creation plus twelve months of tracking, divided by twelve. Amortisation changes the billing cadence, not the underlying price — every discount is applied before the division.
Then month thirteen
The creation line disappears. Tracking continues at its own rate, and that rate follows your declared footprint rather than being fixed at whatever was true on the day you signed — see material change.
What this is not. LegisGate produces regulatory intelligence and assessment-preparation materials. Nothing we produce is legal advice, a legal opinion, a certification, or a determination of compliance, and no document we deliver satisfies a legal obligation on its own. Sufficiency is determined by your counsel.

Not sure what you need?
The determination tells you which assessments are actually required — and its full price comes off whichever ones you buy. Guessing first costs more than finding out.
