Legal

The documents, in one place.

A company that sells regulatory intelligence should be legible about its own terms. These are the operative documents, and they say what they say rather than what a marketing page wishes they said.

A note about this design build. These documents carry counsel-drafted text and it has been deliberately left exactly as it is. Re-typesetting legally operative language into a new layout risks changing it, and there is no design benefit that would justify that risk — so the links above open the existing documents, which keep their current text and inherit only the new header, footer and typography. That is the only part of them that should change.

The one commitment worth putting on a marketing page

It appears in the footer of every page here, and it is not boilerplate.

Everything else on this site is written to be consistent with this sentence.

Outputs are not legal advice, legal opinions, certifications, or determinations of compliance. Sufficiency is determined by your counsel.

It constrains what we are allowed to sell you, which is why it is on the page rather than in a modal. A product that could truthfully drop that sentence would be a different and much more dangerous product.

Questions about terms

Ask before you sign, not after.

If something in these documents is a blocker for your procurement process, tell us what and why. It is a more useful conversation than a redline arriving in week six.
