Each entry carries the jurisdiction, the instrument, the citation, and the effective date, drawn from the same curation that feeds Compass™ and Dynamic Assessments™.
It exists because the most common failure in this field is not misreading the law — it is not knowing the law moved. The Tracker is the ambient awareness layer, free, for anyone whose job touches this landscape.

The Library opens the reference layer itself: the mapped instruments and obligations behind the reports, organized by jurisdiction and framework, each entry citing its primary source. When a report says “Verified · LegisGate Meridian™” with a record identifier, this is where that identifier resolves — the same shelf, open to the reader.
A free account keeps the Library citable and its usage understood; nothing in it is paywalled. Counsel checking a citation, an analyst scoping a jurisdiction, and an examiner confirming a reference all read the same records.

Publishing the Tracker and the Library costs us nothing we are trying to protect. Knowing that a law exists has never been the hard part — the hard part is determining which obligations attach to a specific tool, used a specific way, on specific data, in specific jurisdictions, and producing the documented record that follows. That application layer is the product.
The map belongs in the open, where the analysts, the attorneys, and the examiners who share this landscape can all read from the same one.
