Every law that applies to the AI use case in the jurisdictions where it is used, cited to the primary source, and every law that was checked and found not to apply.

The obligations
What each law requires, grouped by department. Assign each obligation an owner and a due date, and attach the proof when it is done.

The written assessments
The DPIA or state privacy risk assessment the law calls for, opened with the regulatory parts completed and cited. The parts that are yours are marked, for your counsel's review. A FRIA is identified in the same way and prepared once the official template is published.

You are told when the law behind an AI use case or one of its documents changes, and which of your AI use cases and assessments it affects.

The platform shows its value on an AI use case you actually run, with its real laws and obligations in front of the person who has to act on them. Five AI use cases are enough to evaluate it against your own inventory.
People are not the unit
A team of two responsible for forty AI use cases has more regulatory work than a team of forty responsible for two. The AI use case is what is counted, so everyone who owns an obligation can be invited.
One price for every AI use case in the plan
Your plan is the one that contains the number of AI use cases you keep. Adding another AI use case within the plan does not change the price.

What counts as an AI use case?
One tool used for one purpose. The same model screening candidates and answering billing questions is two AI use cases, because the law treats them as two different objects: obligations follow the decision, not the software.

What happens after the fifth AI use case?
From the sixth AI use case, the plan for your number of AI use cases applies. The table above shows each plan and its monthly price.

What happens when I add another AI use case?
Within your plan, nothing changes. Each plan covers a set number of AI use cases, and adding one beyond that number offers you the next plan.

Is there a time limit on the first five AI use cases?
No. There is no trial period, and LegisGate will notify you before any change to these terms.

Do you charge per seat?
No. There is no per-seat charge, and the whole team can be invited. The AI use case is the unit that is counted.

Is a payment card required?
No. A free account is sufficient to add your first five AI use cases.

What if I have more than 100 AI use cases?

Can my counsel see it?
Yes. Invite them; there is no per-seat charge. The written assessments are prepared for your counsel’s review, so counsel in the workspace is the intended use.

Is my data used to train models?
LegisGate does not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent, as the privacy notice states. The obligations in your workspace are not written by a model. They come from curated templates tied to provisions, as the security page sets out.

Is any of this a compliance certificate?
No, and no LegisGate output is. LegisGate identifies, maps, documents and prepares. Whether the result is sufficient is a judgment for your counsel.
What this is not. LegisGate produces regulatory intelligence and assessment-preparation materials. Nothing we produce is legal advice, a legal opinion, a certification, or a determination of compliance, and no document we deliver discharges a legal obligation on its own. Your counsel determines sufficiency.
