Pricing

Priced against the hours it replaces.

Privacy law firms charge $300–$600/hour for DPIA work, with complex assessments running $5,000–$15,000 each. LegisGate pre-populates the regulatory research layer — so your counsel’s time goes to what only they can do. The prices are below. There is nothing to request.

02 · Document

Dynamic Assessments™ — the documents the law calls for.

Generated where Compass findings identify a mandated assessment. Pre-populated with the regulatory substance; sections requiring organizational input are explicitly identified for your counsel to complete. Counsel reviews, completes, and determines sufficiency.

The deployment package.

When one Compass report identifies multiple mandated assessments, the full set for that deployment is available as a package at a reduced combined rate, shown at checkout. One intake, answered once, populates the set.

For context: outside counsel charges $300–$600/hour for DPIA work; complex assessments often run $5,000–$15,000 each. LegisGate is not a substitute for counsel — it pre-populates the regulatory research layer so counsel completes organizational sections and decides sufficiency.

03 · Maintain

Govern™ — the record, kept current.

Obligation tracking with owners and deadlines, evidence management, and ongoing monitoring of the regulatory landscape and vendor documentation — with rescans flagged when a material change affects a deployment.

Outside counsel charges $300–$600/hour for DPIA work; complex assessments often run $5,000–$15,000 each. Eight counsel-drafted documents at those rates quickly dwarf this ledger — and carry no monitoring. The comparison is the pricing model.

At scale

Twenty tools or more.

Portfolio engagements are structured conversations, not rate cards — coverage, jurisdictions, assessment volume, and Govern scope vary too much to price generically. What does not vary: volume pricing across the estate, one obligation register for the portfolio, and an exportable record at each step.

The number belongs in the conversation.

Before you ask
Is this legal advice?
No. LegisGate produces regulatory intelligence. Your counsel reviews, completes, and determines the sufficiency of each assessment. We do not certify compliance or promise an enforcement outcome.
What if the law changes after I buy?
Monitoring is Govern's job, and material changes within 60 days of generation qualify for a complimentary rescan. Assessments are designed as living documents — regenerated against the current landscape rather than re-drafted from scratch.
Why is this so much less than counsel?
Because it is half the work — the half that scales. The regulatory research is curated once in the Meridian and applied per deployment. The organizational judgment still belongs to your counsel, at a fraction of the hours, because they are completing rather than starting.
Can I try it before pricing a larger AI tool inventory?
Yes — that is what the $349 report is for. Start with the deployment that worries you most.

The prices are published. The sample is public. The rest is your call.
