AI use cases
An AI use case is one tool used for one purpose. Add each one to LegisGate once. The inventory shows where each stands: its EU AI Act tier where one applies, how far along its obligations are, and whether the law behind it has changed.
The inventory
The same tool used for two purposes is two AI use cases, because the law attaches to the use of a tool, not to the tool alone.
01 · The list
Each AI use case shows its title, a high-risk tag where the EU AI Act applies, how many of its obligations are done, and a status such as Needs owners or Law changed. Filter by what needs attention.
02 · The proof
Open an obligation to see its owner and due date once you have assigned them, and the proof attached to it, with who attached it. Mark it done when the work is finished, and reopen it if the law changes.
03 · Your team
Invite colleagues by email as admin or member. Outside contributors see only what is assigned to them. There is no charge per user.
Your own systems
Each AI use case exports its obligations, evidence items and identified assessments, with their citations, as data for your own system.
